Technical Specialist

Cascade offers comprehensive training and flexible career paths. We encourage team members to pursue new roles, explore a variety of projects, and work with mentors and experts who help shape the industry.

Our employees are the future of Cascade and we are committed to supporting their growth and professional development. Field personnel are given the opportunity to complete Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training, paid for by Cascade, as well as obtain their CDL at no cost to the employee.

In addition to our training incentives and career pathing opportunities, Cascade has developed a state of the art CORE Safety Training Program. Our employees also receive comprehensive Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Defense (DOT) training.
